1. Service Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of scheduled services up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because most services are time-based and labor-focused, refunds are offered only in the following situations:

  • If a service was not delivered as scheduled and we do not reschedule.
  • If the service quality was not as described and the issue is confirmed by our team.
  • In case of double payment or payment processing errors.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service completion.
  • Minor issues that are resolved onsite by the technician.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Rescheduling Services

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the service date. We will try our best to accommodate your new preferred date/time.
